I called Dr. L's on call doctor who told me that I need to watch him carefully, if he has more episodes, and if he is full-blown convulsing to bring him into the ER. Because the "episodes" are lasting less than 30 seconds, and they stop when I force him to look at me, he really did not seem to be very concerned (which is good, right?!?!). Right now he's his happy, easy-going self.....trying to eat his feet.
I will be seeing the doctor tomorrow.

Oh man, I would be scared, too. I'm glad you called. Just keep a close eye on him until you can see a doctor. If it happens again, I'd try to get it on tape so you can show the doctor. They never do things in front of the doctor.
GL!
